MouseDuck 개인정보처리방침 / Privacy Policy

(주)마우스덕(MouseDuck Co., Ltd., 이하 "회사")은 게임 서비스와 회사 내부 마케팅 도구("MouseDuck Marketing Bot")를 운영하면서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

1. 게임 서비스

게임 서비스의 개인정보 처리 내용은 기존 개인정보처리방침(https://www.mouseduck.com/post/privacypolicy)을 따릅니다.

2. MouseDuck Marketing Bot (YouTube API Services 사용 고지)

- MouseDuck Marketing Bot은 회사 직원만 사용하는 내부 도구로, 회사의 게임 업데이트·이벤트 홍보 영상을 회사 공식 YouTube 채널에만 업로드합니다.

- 이 도구는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하는 것으로 간주되며, Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)이 적용됩니다.

- 처리하는 정보: 영상 업로드를 위한 OAuth 인증 토큰(회사 YouTube 채널 계정), 업로드한 영상의 ID. 다른 YouTube 이용자의 정보는 수집·저장·분석·공유하지 않습니다.

- 저장 위치·기간: 인증 토큰은 회사 내부 서버에만 저장되며, 연결을 해제하면 즉시 삭제합니다. 업로드 결과(영상 ID)는 내부 기록용으로 최대 1년 보관 후 삭제합니다.

- 접근 권한 철회: Google 보안 설정 페이지(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 언제든지 이 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

- 같은 방식으로 X(Twitter), Meta(Facebook·Instagram·Threads), TikTok의 회사 공식 계정에도 게시하며, 각 서비스의 다른 이용자 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

MouseDuck Marketing Bot is an internal tool used only by MouseDuck employees to upload promotional videos about our own games to MouseDuck's own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies. We store only the OAuth token for our own channel (on our internal server) and the IDs of uploaded videos. We do not collect, store, analyze or share any data of other YouTube users. Tokens are deleted immediately when disconnected; upload records are deleted after at most 1 year.
